We ship worldwide
Domestic jewelry packages ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day.
LARGE homegoods items (ex. faux taxidermy skulls) generally ship USPS ground.
International packages ship via the United States Postal Service. Fed Ex or UPS is available upon request but please note Fed Ex and UPS are generally about double the price or more of USPS.

Turnaround time on orders varies throughout the year. Generally made to order items will take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks before shipping but could take as long as
5 - 6 during our most busy times. MOST homegoods are also made to order unless marked "ready to ship" in the listing. Feel free to email us via our contact page with specific questions regarding making and processing times. Please also contact us if you need your item in a hurry to see if we are able to expedite your order.

Ouroboros Designs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for items lost or damaged during shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or otherwise. We DO want to help in these matters as long as we are approached in a respectful and reasonable manner. Rude and harassing communication will not be tolerated.
Ouroboros Designs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for items stolen due to being left by mail carriers on porches, front doors, etc. We will not replace items free of charge for this reason. You must take up a claim with the mail carrier in these circumstances ON YOUR OWN, we will not do it for you. If your mail carriers leave your packages un-locked we suggest you contact us about adding insurance to your shipping to cover the full cost of your order so that you can automatically get a replacement(s) should theft happen.
Ouroboros Designs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS, UPS, FedEx OR OTHERWISE being "late" with delivery. This is out of our control and we will not give refunds due to a package taking longer than what the service paid for typically quotes. This happens a lot in the months of November and December so we suggest ordering EXTRA EXTRA early (like maybe even in October) to avoid this problem. Even if you purchase a "made to order" piece in November the package may not ship until December as Ouroboros Designs has a holiday turnaround time of about 5 weeks. Please keep this in mind.
POLICIES & INFORMATION
All sales are final. Exchanges are only given on items that arrive damaged or faulty. You must contact us within 24 hours of the package arriving if your merchandise arrives with a problem. In most cases, the original item will be repaired. If your item arrives damaged or in the unfortunate rare instance that something happens upon immediate wear of the item, please email us at OuroborosDesignsLA@gmail.com right away for a return authorization and instructions. We cannot give a return authorization if an item that has been in your possession for more than 5 days OR left waiting in customs after being contacted (international orders). Refunds are not given.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning an item.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on incorrect size items - please select your size carefully and feel free to contact us about any item before you purchase if you have any questions.
We do not offer refunds on samples and sale items.
We do not take responsibility for items that have not been worn, washed, or taken care of properly.
We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during exchange shipping.
If an item does not reach us we are unable to remake or exchange for you, therefore we STRONGLY recommend you track your item.
We reserve the right to deny return or exchange of any items if they do not meet returns policy requirements.

Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Rush order fees are to pay for a service provided and are non-refundable.
Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer.
While all of our jewelry is not exceptionally expensive it is still, however, delicate and ALL of our jewelry should be handled and kept as such. Excessive rubbing and touching in any way on our jewelry will most likely damage special colorings, finishes, and coatings we use to enhance and embellish our product. Jewelry should be kept still, hung or laying flat, and untouched by other items while not being worn. Jewelry is recommended to be removed before bathing, swimming,or excessively sweating and should not be left in direct sunlight or overly warm areas as some of our materials are sun and heat sensitive.
While all efforts are made to show each item accurately in all ways, colors in pictures can appear slightly different on various computer screens due to individual settings and sometimes camera angles may give a slightly different appearance to an item therefor we also try to give multiple shots at different angles for each piece. Some listings contain one or two "artistic" shots of the jewelry and may use filters over the photography which will distort actual colors. If you are unsure about the coloring of an item please feel free to ask us for a completely raw shot of the jewelry before you purchase and we will send you a new shot of the item in direct sunlight (as that will give the most accurate coloring) the very first chance we get. In other words, if we receive your request at night our time, we will take the new pic the next day at the appropriate time.
