MyDoc is an app for finding local healthcare providers that are participating in the user’s specific insurance plan. 

Project Duration: May-September 2024

The Problem: 

Users have difficulty finding providers in network with their insurance, resulting in higher bills for their healthcare.

The Goal:

Streamline the process of finding in-network providers and providing peace of mind in obtaining health care.

My Role:

My role in this project was UX Designer (I developed this project as part of my Google UX Design Professional Certificate course). 

Responsibilities:

I performed user research to build empathy with the user, define their pain points, created lo and hi fidelity prototypes, and performed usability tests on the product, and iterating on the designs based on the feedback.
